What data we collect and why

Request for material or a speaker: name and surname of the contact person, name of the school or association, e‑mail, phone (optional), shipping address, conference details and notes. We use them only to respond to the request and ship the material.

Registration for StraLugano and Membership: personal and contact data, date of birth, gender, nationality, t‑shirt size, chosen route or card and payment method. We use them to manage the registration, the card and communications about the activity.

Requests sent through the forms are stored in the site’s archive and forwarded by e‑mail to the Association. The data are not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Cookies and third‑party tools

The site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. Tools that require your consent (for example analytics) are loaded only after your choice in the cookie banner, which you can change at any time. The request form may use Google’s reCAPTCHA anti‑spam service.

How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request, registration or card and for administrative and legal obligations; then we delete them.

Your rights

You can request at any time to access your data, correct them, delete them or limit their processing, by writing to infodroga@diconoalladroga.ch.
